2. Coordinator Responsibilities

Coordinators across District, Block, and Panchayat levels are responsible for verifying the authenticity of worker registrations. Submitting fraudulent, duplicate, or fictitious worker profiles is strictly prohibited and will lead to legal action and account termination.

3. Financial Policy & Payouts

Incentives are earned based on verified registrations. In compliance with Government Tax Laws, a 10% TDS deduction is applied to all payout withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal thresholds (Panchayat: ₹1,000, Block: ₹2,500, District: ₹5,000) are non-negotiable.

1. Worker Data Protection

We respect the privacy of every migrant worker. Personal records including Aadhaar numbers, phone numbers, and bank account details are encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption standards.

2. Usage of Information

Collected worker data is utilized strictly for welfare scheme delivery, legal support, emergency rescue coordination, and verifying eligibility for financial assistance. We never sell or share worker data with third-party marketers.
