SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE

Transparent 4-Tier Governance Model

Navbharat Foundation operates a structured, automated coordinator incentive system to reach every panchayat across Bihar. All payouts undergo 10% standard TDS deduction in compliance with Indian Income Tax policy.

1. Super Admin Oversight Master platform governance, worker profile approvals, wallet withdrawal releases, and 10% TDS certificate audits.

2. District Coordinator (₹50 / Worker) Monitors block coordinators across assigned district. Earns ₹50 per approved worker with ₹5,000 minimum withdrawal limit.

3. Block Coordinator (₹25,000 Fixed / ₹9 Rate) 3,000 monthly target. Earns fixed ₹25,000 bonus on 2,800+ approved workers or ₹9 per worker below threshold.

4. Panchayat Coordinator (₹10,500 Fixed / ₹30 Rate) 350 monthly target. Earns fixed ₹10,500 bonus on 340+ approved workers or ₹30 per worker below threshold.
